Today (and yesterday) was beautiful. I met the cardinal after sitting in the first row at St. Patrick’s Cathedral. He’s amazing. I was really moved during Mass to be honest. And Monsignor Giussani’s cause for beatification was started. We watched an interview of him from 1995 and it was absolutely incredible. I want to read Leopardi now.
